Job Description Job Title: Software Test Engineer with Python Location: Cambridge, MA Duration: Long Term Responsibilities: Member of software development scrum team focused on functional and integration test development. Responsibility includes: Fully automated test development which verifies required functionality, exception/corner case handling, performance, logging and alerting. Development of mock stubs which can mimic functionality of peripheral software components including simulation of abnormal behavior. Enhance continuous/deployment automation framework. Develop monitoring and reporting functionality. Drive design for testability requirements. Required Experience: Greater than 3 years, hands on experience in each of the following areas: Developing multi-threaded test frameworks and functional test to verify software applications. 2-5 Yrs of experience on Python is must. Analyzing software designs to develop comprehensive test plans which include positive and negative testing. 3rd Party code coverage and complexity analysis software products.
