Responsibilities Report to VP / Director Design, develop and execute test cases, test scenarios and prepare formal documentation Provide mentorship to junior members Formulate the testing strategic to meet with clients’ requirements Participate in software testing routines in standard development cycle Identify the potential risks and bugs and provide resolution Work closely with dev teams and product teams to review issues or bug reports Regularly liaise with regional offices on company product development Provide process update and progress report for tracking purpose Maintain close communication to developers and provide feedback on system enhancement Job Requirements Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computing Engineering or related disciplines 5+ years of software testing experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory position Good understanding of the QA testing processes and tools such as Selenium Familiar with web, mobile and other digital solution Previous project experience in Mobile App, Client/Server or Real-time transaction systems Sound knowledge on UAT and system integration Solid knowledge on common database system (i.e. SQL) Familiar with standard software development lifecycle (SDLC) Detail-minded and able to work in a team environment Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
