We are seeking an experienced Software Technical Writer with a strong background in crafting high-quality technical documentation and persuasive technical proposals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating complex IT and AI concepts into clear, compelling, and technically accurate content. This role is pivotal in helping our organization communicate the value of our cutting-edge solutions to a diverse audience, including technical stakeholders, business executives, and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, API references, system architecture descriptions, and developer handbooks.
• Develop well-structured, client-focused technical proposals that clearly outline our IT and AI solutions, methodologies, and value propositions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business development teams to gather insights and ensure all documentation reflects the latest features and capabilities.
• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to accurately present complex technical information in a manner accessible to varying audiences.
• Ensure all written content adheres to industry best practices, internal style guides, and established technical writing standards.
• Continuously refine and update documentation as our technology evolves, ensuring all materials remain current, relevant, and user-friendly.
• Assist in developing templates, style guides, and documentation processes to streamline the creation of future technical materials.
• Maintain a strong focus on detail, accuracy, and clarity to uphold our reputation for excellence in communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 2-5 Years technical writing experience, with at least 1 year focused on software documentation and technical proposals.
• Solid understanding of IT concepts, software development lifecycles, and artificial intelligence technologies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience writing compelling proposals for complex IT or AI projects, including responding to RFPs and developing executive-level summaries.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, and various publishing tools.
• Basic familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript) and tools (e.g., Git) to better understand and document developer workflows.
