Summary

The Sr. Enterprise Systems Specialist will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining platform solutions for key Enterprise Systems, including but not limited to Active Directory, SailPoint and Appian. This role involves a combination of technical implementation, administrative support, process development, governance and user support to ensure the optimal performance and cost-efficiency of these platforms.


Platform Solutions Implementation

  • Active Directory: Design, deploy, and manage Active Directory services to ensure secure and efficient user authentication and authorization across the enterprise.
  • SailPoint: Deploy and manage SailPoint's identity governance solutions to enhance security and compliance by automating identity management and access controls.
  • Appian: Implement and configure Appian's low-code automation platform to streamline business processes and improve workflow efficiency.


Administrative Support

  • Perform routine administrative tasks to maintain the health and performance of the platforms.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.


Process Development

  • Develop and implement processes to ensure the continuous health and performance of the platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform solutions with business needs and objectives.


Continuous Improvement

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices for platform management.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance platform capabilities and reduce operational costs.
  • Provide recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements based on industry trends and emerging technologies.


Governance

  • Ensure security policies are enforced, implemented and up to date.
  • Initiate activities designed to improve governance and compliance of Enterprise Systems.


User Support

  • Provide level 1 and 2 support to address user queries and concerns related to the platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Conduct user training and provide guidance on best practices for using the platforms effectively.


Technical Skills

  • Key Technology Skills:
  • Proficiency on Active Directory, SailPoint and Appian
  • Knowledge of automating identity management and access controls to enhance security and compliance.
  • Ability to streamline business processes and improve workflow efficiency.


  • System Administration
  • Strong skills in performing routine administrative tasks to maintain system health and performance.

  • Optimal System Performance: Ensure that Active Directory, Appian, and SailPoint platforms are operating at peak performance, with minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Cost Efficiency: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce the cost of maintaining the platforms while enhancing their capabilities.
  • User Satisfaction: Provide timely and effective support to users, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes that enhance system performance and align with business objectives.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures to support ongoing maintenance and future upgrades.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in software development focusing on system authentication and security processes; experience working on projects involving Enterprise Systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Active Directory, SailPoint and Appian.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively across various systems (new or legacy) while integrating them seamlessly into modern Enterprise platforms
