Seeking a dynamic Product Support Team Lead to manage support operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and lead a high-performing, global team. The ideal candidate will have a sense of urgency about solving problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Oil and gas industry experience is a plus. Responsibilities * Leadership & Strategy: Lead the support team, develop improvement strategies, and oversee daily operations. * Customer Management: Handle escalations, ensure effective communication, and address feedback. * Operational Excellence: Lead a metrics-driven support team, analyze performance metrics, manage knowledge base quality, and work cross-functionally to address customer issues within SLA timelines. * Training, Development & Performance Management: Conduct evaluations, oversee training programs, participate in hiring, and support career development. * Communication & Collaboration: Lead escalation calls, ensure stakeholder alignment and proactively address issues. * On-Call Responsibilities: Serve as the primary escalation point for the team and periodically provide oversight for after-hours critical issues. Requirements * Proven experience leading, mentoring, and training a software support team. * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software support. * Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree. Degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering are a plus.
