Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Support Engineer. The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting issues, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operation of various operating systems. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving customer issues, providing guidance on software and hardware, and maintaining detailed documentation of support activities.


Qualifications

  • Very high software development skills in Javascript, NodeJS, Angular, Typescript.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience with AI technologies and low/no-code platforms is a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
