Summary

参照公司全球开发流程，带领团队，研究、设计并开发应用于安全产品的实时嵌入式系统。

Lead a group of software team, research, design, and develop real-time embedded systems for safety applications follow JSS global development process.

主要任务和职责

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• 根据项目要求，制定软件开发计划。将软件开发任务分配给小组成员，并追踪各任务状态；
  
  

Make software development schedule based on project requirements. Assign software development activities within software team and monitor the activity status;

• 遵循均胜全球开发流程及功能安全需求，指导团队成员，完成软件需求、软件设计、软件测试等工作；
  
  

Work as leader of software team, finish software requirements analysis, software development, software testing, follow JSS global development process and functional safety requirements;

• 优化软件开发流程，保证软件质量，提高软件开发效率；
  
  

Optimize software development process, keep software in high quality and improve software development efficiency;

• 负责问题解决及经验总结；
  
  

Lead problem solving and lesson & learned sum up;

• 与项目组成员及部门领导做好沟通，并为团队员工提供支持；
  
  

Keep communicating with project members and coach other colleagues;

学历&经验Education & Experience

• 本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、计算机类专业；
  
  

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronics, Electromechanical, Automation, Computer Technology;

• 5年及以上软件开发经验；
  
  

5+ years’ software working experience;

技能Skills

• 精通C语言软件开发，具有嵌入式系统开发经验；
  
  

Professional skill in C, Python, debugging and testing embedded software;

• 熟悉汽车电子通信协议：CAN、CAN FD、LIN等；
  
  

Familiar with communication protocol: CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet;

• 熟悉功能安全和ASPICE知识；
  
  

Familiar with Functional Safety/ISO26262 knowledge and ASPICE level 2/3;

• 熟悉MCAL、BSW、RTE相关知识和对应的开发工具；
  
  

Experience in MCU MCALs, BSW, OSEK, NM, RTE and relevant development tools;

• 了解基于模型的设计方法和工具；
  
  

Knowledge on Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow/Embedded Coder-Development based on AUTOSAR;

• 熟悉常用的设计工具：EA、CANoe、DOORS等；
  
  

Experience of tools, like: EA, CANoe, DOORS, JIRA, Reqtify, QAC;

• 良好的英文沟通能力；
  
  

Good English communication skills for daily collaboration within a global team;

• 良好的团队协作能力；
  
  

Good teamwork and self-motivated;

• 具有项目管理和团队管理经验者，优先考虑；
  
  

Experience in project management and team management is a plus;
