Role Description

As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers successfully implement and integrate Dapta’s platform. You’ll work directly with businesses to understand their needs, guide them through technical setup, and help them get the most out of our AI-powered solutions. This role blends technical expertise with customer interaction, making it ideal for an engineer who enjoys problem-solving and working with people.

Responsibilities
  • Support customers through the technical onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration and configuration of Dapta’s platform.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Assist with API integrations, data connections, and custom implementations to optimize customer workflows.
  • Act as the technical point of contact, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to help customers maximize their use of the platform.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to enhance features and usability.
  • Continuously refine onboarding and integration processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical solutions, implementation, or onboarding role in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, and cloud-based software.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Experience working with customers, troubleshooting issues, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product teams.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
