Position Summary:
The position of 'Solutions Developer' includes the development of Software applications both at a Frontend and backend level, in addition to the responsibility of their documentation, 3rd level support to the developed solution and product transfer training to the internal areas of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of applications, software interfaces as well as the corrective maintenance of customized software parts already developed as appropriate to the case and/or need.
- Ensure that service personnel have the necessary training and tools to effectively support solutions developed in the area, providing regular training sessions for teams that require knowledge of newly developed software and interfaces.
- Ensure the quality standards of developed products by overseeing proper code maintenance in corporate platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, etc.).
- Support to first and second level of support in pre and post installation fault/bug detection.
- Responsible for the development of functional prototypes in strategic proposals – demonstrations.
- Continuously optimize development codes by proactively preparing for visits as part of the "fix the first visit" goal when 3rd level remote assistance is required.
- Provision of training to internal/external customers to improve the use of the software and/or interfaces developed
- Communication with internal and/or external development groups for analysis of customized solutions and/or escalation processes as the case warrants.
- Support to internal and/or external developers in integration of corporate tools e.g.: Software Development Kits provided by the company.
- Remote support in pre-installation and post-installation of solutions developed by the company

Qualifications & Experience:
- Knowledge in design and diagramming of solutions in both UML, DDL models etc.
- Development in languages: C++, C# (Exclusive) Java (optional)
- Development in Visual Studio .NET or IDE compatible with requested languages.
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server Engines (Excluding)
- Knowledge of the operating system at the level of Windows programming APIs.
- Experience in (Development, Quality, Documentation, Execution).
- Experience in handling SDKs (Software Development Kits).
- Experience in development and knowledge of APIs, Webservices, SOAP, RESTFul.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies (optional)
- Development of Webservices-based environments
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions desirable
