About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced software sales representative with expertise in the mortgage industry to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the mortgage market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the mortgage industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Present and demonstrate our mortgage software solutions to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to improve offerings.
  • Use CRM software to manage and track sales activities and client interactions.
  • Travel up to 50%

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the mortgage industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience realizing $1M Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in sales
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in mortgage software sales.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
