You will work in a hybrid regime, 2 times per week in the office in the Porto area.

Mandatory: The candidate must live in Portugal, preferably in the Porto area.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute thorough test plans, addressing both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design effective test cases based on system requirements.
• Conduct manual and automated tests to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with developers for quick resolution.
• Support the enhancement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, reproduce defects, and aid in root cause analysis.
• Write and maintain clear and comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity using SQL queries during testing processes.

Main Requirements:

• Solid expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Experience in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.
• Knowledge of Data Integration concepts — including ETL, ELT, and related practices.
• Experience in writing detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Familiarity with databases, data warehouses, and integration technologies.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communicator and team collaborator.
• Skilled at thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written (C1).
