Job Title: Software Tester/QA

Location: Pleasanton, CA

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end testing of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Debug native mobile applications and backend Java stack.
• Develop automated UI and API tests for consistent quality assurance.
• Document and communicate bugs, issues, and status in a detailed and clear manner.
• Work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Uphold software best practices and standards to ensure quality.

Skills Required:

• This position requires 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in testing Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Experience in debugging iOS & Android mobile apps.
• Ability to create automated UI using Appium framework.
• Proficiency in end-to-end testing across multiple systems from POS to backend services.
• Experience with development tools such as Docker, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Android Studio, Xcode, IntelliJ or VSCode.
• Ability to create detailed test plans and review with the team.
