Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 1-2 years of hands-on testing experience. 1-2 years of techno-functional experience, preferably in a banking institution. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Visio (or similar tools). Responsibilities Execute and document test plans, scenarios, and cases for new or modified software. Ensure software meets functionality, performance, reliability, and compatibility standards. Identify, analyze, and report software defects and issues. Collaborate with business units to resolve outstanding bugs/issues. Conduct historical analysis of test results for continuous improvement. Provide System Integration Testing (SIT) sign-off prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Monitor bug resolution efforts and assess their effectiveness.
