We are looking for a skilled Software QA Engineer with a strong understanding of pragmatic QA engineering in software development, at least 3 years of experience. As part of iBinder Group’s development team, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications. Your work will directly contribute to improving the user experience and maintaining high software standards. In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to create and implement effective test strategies. You thrive in a team-oriented environment, where open communication and knowledge sharing are essential to success. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset, you will take ownership of both manual and automated testing, identifying key areas for test coverage and continuously improving our QA processes.

Location: Espoo, Finland
This role includes both remote and on-site work, with flexibility to collaborate through pair programming when needed. Candidates in the metropolitan area (Espoo) are expected to work on-site at least two days a week, while those outside the area should be willing to travel to the office once or twice a month.
