POSITION: Software Quality Assurance Engineer

LOCATION: Chantilly, VA (on site, full time)

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist and will focus on both manual and automated testing and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Systems Engineering, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with Scrum Agile development practices.
• Ability to manage multiple Salesforce applications and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Salesforce-specific tools like Accelq or Test Automation Framework).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for documenting and discussing findings.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
