Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled SQA Automation Engineer to join our QA team and lead the charge in automated web testing using Playwright (TypeScript). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks and will work closely with development and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Playwright automation framework (TypeScript).
• Integrate Playwright with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Develop, run, and maintain web automation tests across platforms.
• Review and update Playwright test plans/cases.
• Clearly communicate test results (verbal/written).
• Participate in team meetings on progress and issues.
• Test current products to find and document defects.
• Monitor and analyze debugging for quality.
• Propose solutions for software issues.
• Assess product quality and recommend improvements for customer satisfaction.
• Plan and manage a Playwright-focused QA strategy.
• Collaborate with development for smooth project execution.
• Identify QA bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Prepare and present quality outcome reports/metrics to management.

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in automation testing with a focus on Playwright and TypeScript.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, testing principles, and software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
