We are seeking a well-qualified Software QA Engineer to join our dynamic software development and testing team. You will be responsible for testing the software for high-precision semiconductor assembly and packaging equipment.

Together with your colleagues, you will make an impact on the full development cycle of new features, product enhancement, troubleshooting and debugging both in simulation as well as on the machines in our Engineering lab.

This position will be based in our headquarters in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Review software requirement and design test plan for new features.
• Participate in new platform testing.
• Execute test cases and analyze test results.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify root cause of software defect.
• Interact with manufacturing team and field support team for issue troubleshooting.
• Work together with cross-functional engineering team and multiple sites team.
• Develop automation test cases, testing tools, and frameworks.
• Plan and execute automation test cases.

Qualifications:

• Masters/ Bachelor’s in Engineering or Computer Sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a testing role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools and processes.
• Strong development/scripting skills in programming language like Python, C++, etc.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skill.
• Self-driven, positive attitude and organized.
• Experience in Wire Bonder industry is a plus.
