Advanced Structures India (ASI) is a pioneering engineering and technology company building digital platforms for advanced cost and value engineering. Our product, xcPEP, is a SaaS platform used by leading automotive OEMs for teardown benchmarking, cost estimation, and value analysis. We are growing rapidly and looking for a Software QA Engineer to establish a structured QA process and improve product reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans for web-based applications
• Work closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements and create detailed test cases
• Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies
• Define and enforce QA best practices in the development pipeline
• Set up and maintain automated testing tools (Selenium, PyTest, etc.)
• Run regression tests and smoke tests for every deployment
• Collaborate with DevOps for integration into CI/CD pipelines

Tech Stack You'll Work With:

• Frontend: React, Redux
• Backend: Python, Django
• Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, ALB, SSM, etc.)
• Tools You Can Introduce: Selenium, PyTest, Cypress, Postman, Jenkins/GitHub Actions

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in software QA (manual + automation)
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with writing test cases, scripts, and test automation
• Exposure to REST APIs and experience in API testing
• Experience working with Git and issue tracking tools (Jira/GitHub Issues)
• Ability to independently drive the QA process from scratch

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Python and Django test suites
• Familiarity with AWS or cloud-based environments
• Knowledge of performance and security testing tools
