Specific Responsibilities
Develop and implement QA processes, standards, and procedures to ensure the highest quality of software products, establish and maintain a robust framework.
Define and manage the testing strategy, including functional, non-functional, regresson, and acceptance testing.
Identify potential risks and issues in the software development lifecycle and develop mitigation strategy, ensure the testing activities are aligned with project timeline and deliverables.
Work closely with product managers,developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirement and deliverables, communicate testing process, issues and results to all relevant stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective testing operations.
Ensure that the final product meets customer expectations and requirements, handle customer feedback and work towards continuous improvement based on user experiences and feedback.
Hiring Requirements
8+ years of experience in B/S, IOS and Android app testing, at least 3 years of experience in QA management, proven experience in leading and managing QA teams.
Excellent in Software Quality Assurance methodologies, process and best practices along with strong understanding of current Internet application development technology
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, strong understanding of software development lifecycles(SDLC, Agile, Scrum).
Familarity with continuous integration/continuous development(CI/CD) pipeline.
Knowledge of programing languages (e.g., Typescript, Python) is a plus.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
