We are looking for a Contractual Software Project Manager to oversee the delivery of key digital projects within a major government organization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a short-term assignment, ideal for professionals seeking impactful project work on a 6 to 12-month contract.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle, from planning to deployment, ensuring scope, schedule, and stakeholder alignment
• Collaborate with public sector stakeholders, tech vendors, and internal teams
• Oversee risk management, budgeting, reporting, and compliance with government standards
• Ensure software delivery meets public sector IT and security frameworks

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced project manager with a strong background in software implementation
• Prior exposure to government or large public sector entities is preferred
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification desirable
• Bilingual in Arabic and English
