We are currently supporting Iken, an independent software company based in the heart of Bristol, to recruit for their next Software Project Manager. Iken is known for helping clients boost productivity, streamline processes, and deliver real value. The role:

This isn’t your average Project Manager role. You’ll lead from the front, owning client implementations, delivering consultancy and training, and acting as the key point of contact from kick-off to handover.

You'll manage a mix of remote and onsite delivery, working closely with a wide variety of organisations, including legal firms and public sector clients, to help them get the most out of Iken.

Skills you’ll need:

• Previous experience delivering Software projects to clients
• Client-focused, proactive, and commercially aware
• An excellent communicator with strong process mapping and consultancy skills
• Experience training end users

Salary and benefits:

This role is paying £30,000- £40,000 per annum with great benefits including:

• Hybrid working- 1 day in Bristol monthly.
• 25 days holiday
