Software Product Manager

Location: Nottingham

Hybrid working available

Up to £60,000

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will be responsible for the software products to join an innovative client of ours in Nottingham.

You will manage the current software products through their life cycle and help in managing the development of new software products.

You will have strong stakeholder management and be comfortable working with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the existing software products and support the product support team with technical queries
• Define and own internal processes relating to the software products
• Manage the development of new software products, liasing and managing external developers
• Identify market needs and key areas of functionality
• Oversee the development of software products using internal and external resources
• Oversee product launches
• Define standards for software development to be carried out

Key Skills:

• Experienced within Product Management, particularly in a software environment/SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software development tools
• Comfortable working in a fluid environment
• Strong experience working effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to drive forward projects
• Managing products and projects on time and within budget
• Experience of modern programming languages is beneficial but not essential

In return, my client can offer the successful Product Manager a salary of up to £60,000 plus a discretionary bonus and hybrid working (although a requirement to be more on-site in Nottingham to begin with).
