Performance Impact

The Software Program Manager is critical in driving software program development and continuous improvement through close collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on enhancing customer experience and proactively identifying future needs to ensure our software products remain at the forefront of industry trends. Your passion for providing solutions to world-class products will directly contribute to the growth and excellence of Gogoro's products, strengthening the Gogoro ecosystem and aligning with the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for software programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
• Lead program development by defining scope, setting milestones, and establishing communication strategies.
• Break down programs into manageable projects, assign tasks, set goals and timelines, and ensure timely delivery while addressing risks to meet objectives.
• Oversee testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct regular meetings to monitor program performance, implement improvements, and identify market trends and user needs to ensure product competitiveness.
• Develop wireframes or prototypes to aid in confirming system design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in managing software products, with a focus on product development.
• Preferred experience in system integration, including software and hardware (experience with SaaS products is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of delivering programs for large, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative technology startup environment.
• Working proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach.
