We’re looking for a Software Manager to lead our growing software team and shape the future of our product development.
What you’ll do:✅ Lead and develop a remote team of 4 software developers
✅ Collaborate closely with in-house RF and FPGA Engineers for seamless integration
✅ Manage software roadmaps, priorities, and delivery timelines
✅ Oversee process improvement, coding standards, and software quality
✅ Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
What we need from you:✅ Proven leadership in software development team management (remote team experience ideal)
✅ Strong, hands-on C++ and Qt framework experience
✅ Solid understanding of embedded systems and hardware-integrated software
✅ Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to attain UK Security Clearance (SC)
