The Implementation Specialist is a key position to support Raptor Technologies’ continued growth and expanding our market leading position by project managing successful implementations for our clients.

Candidates residing in the PST/MST time zones or those willing to work standard hours within these time zones are strongly preferred

Job Duties & Responsibilitie

• s:Meets with customers following the sale to demonstrate features and functions of the softwar
• e.Completes system configuration tasks as assigned by manage
• r.Manages routine implementations with small-market customer
• s.Demonstrates well-rounded knowledge of Raptor product
• s.Adheres to departmental process and procedure and maintains systems of recor
• d.Configure and customize software modules, including Visitor Management, Kiosk, Premium Volunteer, Drill Manager, Raptor Alert, Accountability, StudentSafe and SchoolPass according to client requirement
• s.Send recap emails to provide clients with summaries of the call, additional resources and relevant informatio
• n.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring proper data entry and Chatter management and document upload
• s.Conduct product configuration sessions via Teams for clients, ensuring they fully understand the features and functionality of the software module
• s.Handle auxiliary tasks such as (but not limited to) CRG Maps, Imports, GeoFencing, and Drill Backdating as assigne
• d.Project Manage our T3 clients ensuring they are fully implemented on Visitor Management, Kiosk, and Premium Voluntee
