The Professional Services Implementation Specialist will be responsible for conducting the deployment of Advantive's Parity Factory software solutions for clients. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, ensuring the technical feasibility of projects, and delivering high-quality implementations on time and within budget

Our Professional Services Consultants are involved at nearly every stage of the project starting with the contract and bid process, working closely with sales. The typical implementation process for our clients is 90-180 days, and it's common to run several implementations concurrently. Most clients elect to have two in person on-site trips for process discovery and training during that time. The role is estimated at 50% travel, US and Canada only.

Responsibilities

Highly qualified candidates will have experience engaging directly with clients to manage scope, problem solve, and train staff. Every operation is a little different, and it's common to have to work as a team to align our software to their process. The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
  • Conduct customer discovery sessions and perform process walk-throughs
  • Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as necessary
  • Ensure all implementations adhere to company standards and best practices
  • Provide training and support to end-users as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for all projects

Requirements Include

  • Must have Food and Beverage industry experience.
  • Consulting/Software Implementation experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation skills and meeting/training session facilitation skills.
  • Prior Parity Factory implementation experience a plus.

Skills & Other Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years professional services experience
  • 1+ years working with ParityFactory OR in the Food & Beverage industry
  • At least 2 years experience implementing or working with an ERP, WMS, or some related platform
  • Great client communications, written and verbal
  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency with O365, PowerPoint and Excel
  • 50% travel. Locations are primarily US/Canada-based but could be global and varied
  • Must have experience or exposure to the manufacturing, distribution or warehouse space
  • Previous experience with Advantive's Parity Factory software is strongly preferred
  • Preferred experience working in a factory or warehouse environment
