We’re looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to join our clients team and play a key role in ensuring seamless software operations, product configuration, and issue resolution for their valued clients.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support or application support role
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (JIRA or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
