We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Software Implementation Specialist to join our team! Leverage your dealership expertise and training experience to help our awesome customers effectively use our software to enhance their business operations. You will play a key role in guiding new customers through the transition to our system and supporting them during the early stages of implementation.

• Setup Business Management System: Configure all modules of our software for new customers to ensure a smooth transition.
• Customer Training: Train new customers on how to effectively use our software, preparing them to transition from their previous system.
• On-Site Support: Travel to customer locations to finalize training and assist with transitioning from their previous business system.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Take support calls from new customers immediately after going live, before handing them over to the support team.
• Ongoing Training: Provide additional training to existing customers as needed, either remotely or on-site.
  

• Travel: Regular travel is required, typically 1 trip per month, lasting 4-5 days each.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent applicable experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience training users on software applications.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with dealership operations (equipment, material handling, auto, etc.) is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping customers succeed.
