ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Software Implementation Consultant to manage and deliver seamless end-to-end implementation projects for our clients using the Axiell ALM Product Portfolio. You will collaborate closely with new and existing customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs, configuring software to align with those needs, and ensuring a smooth product rollout.

This role is perfect for a solutions-oriented individual who is passionate about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a team environment. Excellent customer engagement and communication skills are essential!

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the Axiell ALM Product Suite, including configuration requirements and product limitations.
• Consultancy & Data Migration: Analyse and map customer data, assisting with migrations from various sources into Axiell products.
• Product Configuration: Configure and deliver web-related product solutions tailored to client needs.
• Project Collaboration: Partner with Axiell Project Managers to plan, schedule, and execute assigned tasks efficiently.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships by providing clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

• 2+ years of experience in project delivery or data/collections management, preferably within a software company.
• Comfortable working with technology and quickly learning software configurations.
• Exposure to data migration processes and related technologies.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Methodical problem-solvning mindset.
• A collaborative team player capable of independent work.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

MERIT

• Experience working with the archive, museum, or library sectors.
• Knowledge of programming languages and database technologies (e.g., JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS, SQL Server).
• Database Modelling
• Familiarity with Agile project management methods.
