What we're looking for

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with a strong command of AngularJS or ReactJS and Java
• Deep technical knowledge in AWS cloud services, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP APIs, and microservices-based systems
• Proven leadership in managing development teams, with a strong ability to mentor and delegate effectively
• Excellent communicator, capable of translating complex technical ideas for diverse stakeholders
• Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving intricate technical challenges with a problem-solving mindset
• Practical experience with Agile workflows, Object-Oriented Programming, and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Proficient in tools like Jenkins, Urbancode, and committed to upholding best practices in software engineering
