Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of full stack developers in Agile/Scrum environment
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements
• Drive the software development process from planning, design, and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Ensure that the team follows best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Work closely with the US-based teams to align development efforts with the overall company strategy and vision
• Perform people management, provide mentorship to development team and encourage the culture of continuous learning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft technologies, including .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large development teams (15+ members) in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Extensive expertise in Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET Core, MVC, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS 3.0
• Experience in AWS Cloud services
• Sound knowledge of database management systems, with hands-on experience in SQL Server
• Deep understanding of software development processes, methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with additional infrastructure and services such as New Relic, SSRS & Microservices Architecture
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones to achieve project goals and meet deadlines
• Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision
