enterprises with intelligent, automated collection and recovery platforms. We’re expanding our leadership
team and seeking a strategic, hands-on Technical leader for Software Engineering and Platform
Development Manager to drive innovation and scale across our software products.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical leader for Software Engineering and Platform Development Manager who is technically strong and business-aware, with a sharp eye for detail, scalable architecture, clean code, and user-centric product development. You will lead a high-performing engineering team, guide product delivery, and represent technical insights in cross-functional settings, including client discussions and internal planning.
Responsibilities
1. Manage a software development team of team leads, system analysts, and software engineers to deliver
the application as per the project schedule.
2. Work with the business analyst to manage and refine the requirements.
3. Manage the task assignment of the team member as well as the issue resolution.
4. Conduct database design, application design and code review.
5. Assist team members and, when necessary, perform technical analysis to ensure the on-time delivery
of a high-quality product.
6. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. And also to assist in
legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement) process if required.
7. Coach, motivate, and engage team members to make sure work is performed in accordance with the
set software development policies, procedures, and standards.
8. Look for areas of improvement for the team and be willing to take extra miles for the changes to happen.
9. Be competent in Project Management in the software development life cycle.
10. Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and manage change in a highly dynamic environment.
Qualifications
1. Strong hands-on experience with Java (SE) and JavaScript (Node.js, Svelte, React).
2. Proficiency in Full Stack Development (frontend & backend architecture).
3. Deep understanding of RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
4. Experience with Messaging Bus technologies (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ).
5. Hands-on experience integrating Rule Engines (e.g., Drools, DMN).
6. UI/UX best practices and ability to work with or lead design teams.
7. Good grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
8. CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
9. API design (REST/GraphQL), system integration, and security.
10. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello).
11. Proficient in CI/CD, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
12. Agile/Scrum team leadership and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence.
13. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
14. Microsoft architecture experience.
15. Experience building a low-code software platform for rapid application implementation.
16. Leveraging LLM and AI engines for coding, testing and embedding into the platform.
17. 6 to 11 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or
managerial role.
