What You’ll Bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development and team management
• Strong technical expertise in software development, programming languages, databases, cloud technologies, AI, and DevOps
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage software development teams
• Experience in project planning, timeline management, and risk assessment
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle
• Make critical decisions regarding software architecture, technology selection, and technical standards
• Ensure code quality, testing processes, and long-term sustainability
• Foster Agile, Scrum, and other development methodologies for efficient workflows
• Act as a bridge between product managers, clients, and technical teams to ensure clear communication of project requirements
• Regularly report project progress and key updates to stakeholders
• Keep up with new technologies and innovations to maintain our competitive edge
• Optimize and continuously improve development processes and tools
• Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation
• Oversee software quality assurance and testing to deliver high-quality products on time
