Sedaro is hiring an engineering manager to lead a backend team building collaborative modeling and simulation tools. You will drive architectural improvements, launch new capabilities, and enable our customers to build and operate sophisticated space systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Track record of delivering complex projects through iterative development
• Experience managing and mentoring engineers
• Expertise with distributed systems, cloud architecture, and CI/CD
• Hands-on experience with performance optimization

Additional desirable experience:

• Experience with simulation or real-time systems
• Background in DevSecOps practices
• Languages: Rust, Python, TypeScript, Node
• Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Terraform, Postgres
