The role We're looking for smart, motivated interns who are excited to learn and contribute across our stack. We have a website, an iOS app, an Android app, and some complex backend systems - and there's plenty to build and improve across all of it. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to ship things quickly, collaborate with a small team, and grow their technical skills in a fast-paced environment. What you'll work on * Primarily frontend projects using React/React Native * Work with modern technologies - React, React Native, Scala, etc. * Work closely with other engineers, designers, and company leadership * Ship quickly - we deploy multiple times per day and value rapid iteration with users Who you are * A rising sophomore or junior pursuing a bachelors degree in CS or equivalent * Strong CS fundamentals * Good communication skills, both verbal and written * A willingness to work hard as part of a team and learn new things quickly * Bonus: Experience with web or mobile application development * Bonus: Experience with React, Typescript, Scala, or PostgreSQL Job details * In person 4 days a week from our downtown SF office * 8 weeks starting June 1st (start and end dates flexible) * $4k living stipend for the summer * A nudging stipend to record your own Nudge plan!!!
