About Us Trade Mark Development Limited has been innovating lab information systems (LIS), private lab registration systems, and custom software solutions for over two decades Position Overview We are expanding our team and looking for a Software Support Programmer/ Developer to focus on maintaining, debugging, and enhancing our existing software applications. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Debugging and updating existing software applications. Adding new features to improve the user experience. Troubleshooting onsite at client locations when needed. Preparing tender documents and handling related administrative tasks. Requirements · Technical Skills: Knowledge of C++, Delphi or other similar programming languages. · Experience: Proven skills in software debugging, development, and MSSQL database management. Experience in Web and mobile applications development is preferred. · Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues. · Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact professionally with clients during onsite support. A positive attitude and adaptability in diverse work environments are essential. · Industry Experience: Previous experience in healthcare, laboratory systems, or similar industries is a plus but not required.
