Responsibilities:

• Evaluate complex user requests, clarifying and communicating objectives effectively.
• Conduct and prepare feasibility studies for new and existing applications.
• Lead projects of moderate complexity and scope.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members.
• Explore and implement Proof of Concepts (POCs) using emerging technologies.
• Develop full-stack applications, RESTful APIs, and work with both relational and document-based databases.
• Utilize cloud technologies to build and deploy scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business functions.
• Contribute to multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome technical challenges.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6-10+ years of experience in a software development role.
• Extensive coding experience in C#/.NET (7+ years).
• Working experience with message queuing systems, NoSQL databases, logging tools, data interchange formats, cloud platforms, caching mechanisms, performance analysis, and software development methodologies.
• Experience building scalable and high-performance applications.
• Proven experience as a technical lead for a team or project.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Expertise with specific cloud platforms, containerization technologies, and orchestration tools.
