Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Odoo Development

We are looking for a Senior Odoo Developer who is passionate about building smart business solutions and has hands-on experience with POS, Inventory, and Accounting modules.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules and features.
• Customize Odoo’s core functionality to align with specific business workflows, especially in Point of Sale (POS), Inventory, and Accounting.
• Integrate third-party apps and services with Odoo.
• Work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Optimize and improve existing Odoo implementations for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and functional gaps.
• Support end-users with technical issues and provide documentation as needed.
• Contribute to planning and code reviews as part of a collaborative development team.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Deep understanding of Odoo v18, particularly in POS, Inventory, and Accounting modules.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Odoo ORM, QWeb, and XML.
• Solid understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
• Familiarity with Git, Linux, and Docker-based deployments.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Odoo development.
• Strong understanding of Odoo architecture and module development.
• Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and Odoo’s QWeb templating.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of business workflows.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills—able to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
