Summary

We are searching for a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications using Java and/or Python. You will work collaboratively with other engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality and reliable software solutions.

Roles And Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using Java or Python (proficiency in one or both is preferred).

Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code according to best practices.

Collaborate with other engineers on the design and implementation of complex software features.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Unit test and integrate test your own code.

Troubleshoot and debug software issues.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java/Python technologies and frameworks.

Participate in the technical evaluation of new technologies and tools.

May be involved in technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with proficiency in Java or Python.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.

Experience with design patterns and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Bonus Points

Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django).

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, pytest).

Experience with DevOps principles and tools.
