As a Founding Software Engineer, you'll play a mission-critical role in shaping the company’s core technology and long-term trajectory. If you thrive in high-autonomy, high-impact environments and want to build transformative AI products from the ground up—this is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and build core components of a production-grade AI platform
• Work directly with the founding team to define and execute on technical strategy
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance across real-world use cases
• Own 0-to-1 product development with fast feedback loops from real customers
• Represent the company in developer communities and technical events

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience building production-ready software systems
• Experience working at fast-scaling startups or shipping 0-to-1 products
• Excellent coding skills in languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript
• Deep understanding of systems design, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Strong product intuition and customer-oriented mindset
• High emotional intelligence and collaborative spirit
• Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) San Francisco and work onsite 3x/week

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as a founder or early technical team member
• Background in fintech, developer tools, or vertical SaaS
• Contributions to open-source projects or speaking engagements at tech events

• Base Salary: $150K – $250K
• Equity: 0.25% – 1.25%
