Experience:
· Minimum of 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, with at least 3-5 years in an architecture or senior technical role.
· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules.
· Experience designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
· Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development tools, such as ServiceNow Studio, Workflow, and Service Catalog.
· Experience with ServiceNow's CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management modules.
