We’re looking for a skilled IN Engineer to join a top telecom operator in Saudi Arabia. If you have solid experience with Ericsson Intelligent Networks and performance monitoring, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a critical, high-availability environment.

· Key Responsibilities

· 2nd Level Support – Troubleshoot IN network issues

· Monitor traffic & optimize network performance

· Handle system upgrades, patches & configurations

· Design & implement IN features like tariffs & service classes

· Work with engineering and NOC teams

· Provide 24/7 support on a rotation basis

· Required Skills

· Ericsson IN/Charging System (SDP, CCN, AIR, OCC, etc.)

· Linux, UNIX scripting, Oracle DB

· Core network knowledge: MSC, STP, HLR, GMSC

· VMware, HP 3PAR, SAN

· Strong problem-solving & communication skills
