Primary Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality code, software design
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks using the agile development methodology
• Understand Product / Project / Consumer priorities and deliver features within time and budget
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
• Understanding the business use case and solutioning using AI/ML
• Explore new technologies and perform POC to propose solutions to the business problems
• Create and Manage application and log monitoring
• Collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• B.E. in Computer Engineering or equivalent from a reputed engineering college
• 3+ years of proven software development experience
• Experience working with Agile methodology
• Experience in developing machine learning algorithms based on use cases
• Experience in containerizing and hosting ML modules in the cloud
• Experience in developing AI/ML and NLP algorithms for various business use cases
• Experience working with microservices and APIs
• Proficiency in test automation and writing test cases using Python
• Proficient in using Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Solid understanding of Azure storage solutions, including Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Cosmos DB
• Ability to monitor and optimize Azure resources using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytic
• Familiarity with Java, cloud technologies, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions is a plus
• Solid individual contributor with expertise in NLP, AI, and ML
• Solid coding skills in Python, Pandas, Numpy, Airflow, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and web frameworks like Flask
• Ability to integrate generative models into production environments and optimize their performance
• Good knowledge of front-end tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular
• Proficient in using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras for building and training generative models.
• Skilled in creating synthetic data and enhancing data quality using generative techniques.
• Expertise in applying generative AI for various applications, including image synthesis, text generation, and style transfer
