This T1 backed start-up has recently released a AI talent acquisition agent that automates the end-to-end interview process from application to final interview without ever having to speak to a human in the loop, and operates in 15 languages.

This is a $600B industry, and they are prepared to give away up to 1.5% Equity... the projections look juicy. The niche they are focusing on is legacy!

You will join a founding team that is hungry, ambitious, and like to hustle. Their credentials in this space go deep.

As a full-stack engineer, you will be weighted towards the backend, but can also lean into FE tasks when needed. (React, NodeJS, Typescript, Python). LLM + voice tech is a big plus!

The ideal engineer looks like this - Big tech credentials, has worked on core systems, left to join a hype-growth start-up, or founded their own. We want product-focused people, who love working on things 0-1, love being in a start-up. Low ego people only.
