We're growing fast and looking for a Backend or Fullstack Developer to join our NYC-based team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our core technology, build production-grade AI systems, and be part of a startup solving hard, meaningful problems in healthcare.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and Typescript
• Work closely with product to integrate modern LLMs into real-world applications
• Design and build features end-to-end, with the opportunity to touch everything from data pipelines to user interfaces (if you're into that)
• Contribute to a highly collaborative, fast-moving team where your voice and ideas matter
• Ship code that makes a real-world impact on how care is delivered to patients across the country
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Python and Typescript
• Strong problem-solving chops and a bias toward action
• SQL and relational databases
• Excitement about working in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With

• Hands-on experience working with modern LLMs
• Experience deploying and maintaining solutions on AWS
