Letly is an AI-Native vertical fintech platform focussed on the rental housing market. We are automating rental workflows end-to-end and building a fintech platform underneath to manage the trillions of dollars spent on rent globally. 

We recently closed a pre-seed round and are hiring one talented software engineer with a passion for building real-world, production-grade applications.

You will:

• Architect and maintain Node.js (NestJS) microservices running on Kubernetes in GCP.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and work directly with LLMs.
• Work across the full stack: Angular frontend, Node.js backend, GCP infrastructure.
• Manage fintech payment rails and implement robust KYC/AML practices. 
• Be a key part of a high-performance, engineering and product-led company.
• Have a large degree of autonomy and the potential for high impact work.

Example deliverables (first 90 days):

• Ship the Payments & Ledger v1 microservice – NestJS and Plaid variable recurring payments integration.
• Implement deposit scheme automation – REST connector to tenancy deposit scheme to auto-register UK deposits.
• Light-up observability – deploy OpenTelemetry traces + Grafana dashboards, config alerts.
