As a Software Engineer Intern, you’ll help us build strategic planning tools for the world's sharpest insights and marketing professionals, helping them prioritise the issues that matter most to their business and spot where the next big change will come from. You’ll be exposed to the entire software life-cycle - from planning, building, and testing features for delivery to maintaining and documenting deployed code in production environments. We work in a small and tight-knit software engineering team following an Agile process with a strong focus on peer reviewing, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn and contribute immediately.

Asia first, globally applied.
Our products must work in Asia first—the hardest test market. We continue to make huge investments in language and capabilities across Asian-specific platforms, which are now being applied in Europe, LatAm, and the USA.

In an industry that has for too long relied on a ‘question-response’ approach to understanding changes in behaviour, we prioritise layering behavioural, performative, search, and sales data to highlight the discrepancies between what people say they do and what they actually do. We see a $40 billion industry that has failed to innovate for too long, and we are just getting started.
