• Improving the functionality of the Online system and Automations options
• Investigating the potential benefits of AI/ChatGPT for Delta
• Evaluating the short, medium, and long-term impact of AI/ChatGPT on Delta's business
• Assessing the functionality of new features on websites and SharePoint sites
