About the Internship
LogicGate's Internship Program is designed and tailored for college students/recent grads from various disciplines to gain real world work experience in a fast-paced, high growth, open and diverse environment. This program will give you exposure to leading edge technology, provide valuable work experience, career coaching, and mentorship. From the time an application is submitted, to the end of the summer internship, students will be supported to learn and grow their strengths, abilities, and potential.
Program Details:
* 12-13 weeks internship starting on June 2nd, 2025 through mid/late August 2025, exact end date would depend upon your school schedule
* Receive hourly pay of $28 per hour
* Work mostly remote but able to come into our Chicago Headquarters on as needed basis
* Gain meaningful work experience in your field of study, participate in special projects, social events, and more!
* Assigned to a mentor to guide you throughout your internship and beyond!
Program Eligibility:
* You are enrolled full time in an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior or have recently graduated within the past 6 months with your Undergraduate Degree.
* Are available to work 40 hours per week during the summer

How you'll spend your time:
* Collaborating with your mentor and team to build features and improve the Risk Cloud platform while learning about real-world product and engineering goals
* Working closely with engineers, product managers, QA and designers to contribute to cross-functional projects
* Learning and begin applying engineering best practices like writing tests, making frequent updates, and iterating based on feedback
* Practicing clear communication and contribute to documentation to support your work and help the team
We get excited about you if you have:
* Are Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a planned graduation of Spring 2026 or Summer 2026 and have completed 2+ years of relevant coursework, OR recently completed a software engineering bootcamp program.
* Have Some experience with software development through coursework, personal projects, or internships
* Have Interest in growing as a developer and contributing to a fast-paced, high-quality engineering environment
* Excited to work in an environment that supports learning, collaboration, and ownership of your work
* Experience using a modern programming language such as Java, C#, C++, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript
* You have strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* You have an entrepreneurial attitude with a keen eye for detail
* You're organized and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously
