Role Overview: Middle-Senior Test Lead / SDET

This role plays a key part in ensuring delivery quality across agile, high-velocity development teams. You’ll focus on modern test practices, technical leadership, and automation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee testing in teams delivering frequent code deployments to production.
• Drive capability uplift in performance testing and test automation.
• Lead the technical design, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.

What You’ll Bring

• Significant experience in software testing, including leadership in Test Lead or Middle-Senior SDET roles.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Coding skills in JavaScript or TypeScript (preferred).
• Proficiency in load testing and analyzing performance metrics.
• Experience testing in Salesforce environments (advantageous).
• Strong manual testing background, with an informed approach to when and how to apply it.
• Proven success in delivering process improvements to enhance test quality and efficiency.
• Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
